Events for Tastes of Danube

Students of the University of Applied Sciences Neu-Ulm organized varoius events within the scope of Taste of Danube.
One the one hand the "Grüner-Daumen-Aktion" on Sunday, the 19th of June 2016, in the Friedrichsau near Teutonia. Kids and their parents were kindly invited to take part. They painted small flower pots and planted with seeds of different herbs. Of course after that, the kids were allowed to take them home.
So it was an event for kids, where they had the chance, to paint flower pots, plant seeds und keep them by theirselfs.
On the other hand a balloon-event:
Helium filled balloons in the colours of Tastes of Danube were provided with a string and a card. On this card the Taste of Danube logo was printed and on the backside the pedestrians could write a message. After the card was described, they could let the balloons fly to the sky and spread out their message to the world.
The idea was, to establish a communication between different cultures and countries.
Studenten der Hochschule Neu-Ulm veranstalteten verschiedene Aktionen im Rahmen von Taste of Danube.
Zum einen die „Grüner-Daumen-Aktion" am Sonntag, den 19. Juni 2016, in der Friedrichsau nahe der Teutonia. Dazu waren Kinder und natürlich deren Eltern herzlich eingeladen! Es wurden kleine Blumentöpfe bemalt und mit Kräutersamen bepflanzt. Natürlich durften diese dann auch mit nach Hause genommen werden.
Also ein Event für Kinder bei dem sie die Möglichkeit hatten, Blumentöpfe zu bemalen, Samen darin zu pflanzen und dann anschließend mit nach Hause zu nehmen.
Und zum anderen eine Luftballon-Aktion:
Helium-Ballone in den Farben von Taste of Danube, die mit einer Schur und einer Karte versehen waren. Auf der Karte war das Taste of Danube Logo und auf der Rückseite konnte man eine Nachricht verschicken. Nachdem die Karte beschrieben wurde durfte der Passant seinen beschrifteten Ballon fliegen lassen und so seine Nachricht an die Welt schicken.
Die Idee war, dadurch eine Kommunikation zwischen verschiedenen Kulturen und Ländern herzustellen.
